Brad Pitt plays the Greek character Achilles in this classic story of destiny, love and loyalty based on Homer's "The Iliad". Taking place in 1193 B.C., Achilles leads the Greeks in a bloody siege on Troy after Prince Paris (Bloom) steals away the beautiful Helen of Troy (Diane Kruger) from her husband.
